ATTENDANCE & MAKEUP POLICIES
Dance Students:
*While MAKEUPS ARE NOT MANDATORY, they are highly encouraged. At PPAA, we strongly encourage all dancers to attend their classes consistently, in order to maintain and develop their dance technique.
A dancer may be eligible for a makeup only if an absence is reported to the front office (by email or phone call) before a missed class has begun. Upon notifying the front desk, the dancer will be given a specific day and time to take their makeup class.
Failure to notify the front desk of an absence prior to a missed class, we cannot guarantee a dancer's eligibility for a makeup class.
Makeups are not rolled over or to be used as credit for tuition.
Makeups must take place before the month is over, unless approved by director or office manager.
For any level of dance, the dancer is only eligible to make up classes in their current level or below.
Music Students:
Attendance is important for the growth of each student.
Failure to notify the front desk of an absence at least 3 hours prior to a missed lesson will resort in being charged for that lesson.
Makeups are will be scheduled at the discretion of the instructor and must take place before the month is over, unless approved by director or office manager.

Tardy Policy
If a student will be late, notifying the front office a head of time so we may inform their instructor.
Dance Classes:
Students arriving 15 minutes or later without prior notice, may be asked to observe class for the day.
Music Lessons:
Each student will be scheduled a lesson time slot specifically for that student. No additional time will be added if a student is late to their lesson and the full price of the lesson will be charged.
